Jenkins to GitOps Migration for Insurance Enterprise

The client ran 200+ microservices with Jenkins pipelines that were brittle, undocumented, and maintained by a single engineer. Pipeline failures caused 45-minute rollbacks, deployments happened only twice a week, and there was no environment parity between staging and production.

We implemented a GitOps architecture with ArgoCD for application delivery and Flux for infrastructure reconciliation. Migrated all 200+ services incrementally using a dual-run strategy. Built Kustomize overlays for environment parity and implemented automated rollback triggered by Prometheus alerts.
