Requirements
- 3+ years with AWS or GCP in production
- Strong Terraform / OpenTofu skills
- Kubernetes (EKS/GKE) — deploy, debug, scale
- CI/CD pipeline design (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, ArgoCD)
- Linux networking, DNS, load balancing fundamentals
- Comfortable working directly with client engineering teams
Nice to have
- Experience with Pulumi or CDK
- SOC 2 / ISO 27001 compliance background
- Contribution to open-source infra tools

SRE / Observability Engineer
Remote (EU ±2h)Full-timeBuild observability stacks, define SLOs, reduce MTTR, and make on-call bearable. We use Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, Tempo, and PagerDuty across dozens of client environments.
Requirements
- 3+ years in SRE or production operations
- Prometheus + Grafana — dashboards, alerting, recording rules
- Incident response experience with blameless postmortems
- SLO/SLI definition and error budget management
- Scripting (Python/Go/Bash) for automation and tooling
- On-call experience and comfort with async communication
Nice to have
- OpenTelemetry / distributed tracing experience
- Chaos engineering (Litmus, Gremlin)
- FinOps / cost attribution dashboards

DevSecOps Engineer
Remote (EU ±2h)Full-time / ContractShift security left without slowing teams down. You'll embed security scanning into CI/CD pipelines, automate compliance checks, and help clients pass SOC 2 and ISO audits.
Requirements
- 3+ years in application or infrastructure security
- SAST/DAST/SCA tooling (Snyk, Trivy, Semgrep, or similar)
- Container security — image hardening, runtime policies
- IaC security scanning (tfsec, Checkov, OPA/Rego)
- Secrets management (Vault, AWS Secrets Manager)
- Familiarity with SOC 2, ISO 27001, or PCI DSS controls
Nice to have
- SLSA / supply chain security experience
- ISO 42001 / EU AI Act compliance knowledge
- Bug bounty or CTF background
